Nutrition is such a young science and we have much yet to learn about how what we put in our bodies can directly relate to our health and well being. Thus, I stay open to new ideas and theories that may not align with current nutrition recommendations. However, I do believe in the scientific process and that as a health advocate I have a responsibility to provide clients with nutrition information that has a basis in the science.

Whether you are looking for that competitive edge or just trying to get through your first 5k, understanding sports nutrition will help you get you where you want to be. I am one of only 600 Board certified sports dietitians in the US and have 20+ years of competition experience to help you devise the plan to reduce body fat, gain strength, solve GI issues, or fuel your PR.
