EATING DISORDER SUPPORT

Eating disorders and disordered eating can be incredibly challenging—for both the person experiencing them and the families who care about them. For more than 20 years, I have worked closely with individuals and parents to help navigate recovery and rebuild a healthier relationship with food and body.

 

Whether you are seeking support for yourself or for your child, my approach is compassionate, practical, and highly individualized. I focus on helping clients move away from fear and stress around food toward patterns of eating that support both physical health and emotional well-being.

 

Over the years I have had the privilege of helping many people make meaningful, lasting progress, and I am deeply committed to supporting each client through their own recovery journey.

SPORT NUTRITION

 As one of only 1000 Board Certified Sports Dietitians (CSSD) in the US, you won't get better or more science-backed sport nutrition advice. I support athletes of all levels and types. I specialize in endurance sports, but have worked with rock climbers, ball players, skiiers, power lifters, sprinters, hockey players, obstacle racers, crossfitters, wrestlers and more in my 20 years as a CSSD.

 

I've been a compettive athlete myself for over 30 years and bring my experience from years of competing to my professional approach.

 

Together, we will optimize your nutrition to enhance performance and help you achieve your goals. Let's fuel your passion for sports and take your game to the next level!

NON-DIET WT MGMT

As a nutritionist, I specialize in helping individuals who are dealing with weight management issues of any cause (age, menopause, yo-yo dieting, medications/mental health issues, lifestyle changes, PCOS).

 

We can also address issues with cholesterol, hypertension, and blood sugar control. My non-diet approach focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes that overall health and well-being.

 

Through personalized guidance, we will work together to develop mindful eating habits and a balanced nutrition plan tailored to your total health. My goal is to empower you manage these health challenges effectively and improve your quality of life.
